At Dirty Little Suds, we hustle hard to get your order packed and on it's way. Here’s how shipping works around here:
📦 Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During busy seasons (like holiday launches), processing may take a little longer — we’re only human, not elves.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and carrier.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier. Once your order leaves our hands, delivery speed is out of our control. (Translation: yell at USPS/UPS, not us.)
📍 Shipping Addresses

Double-check your shipping info before placing an order. We can’t reroute packages once they’re shipped.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require additional shipping fees to be resent.
⚠️ Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once tracking shows “delivered,” Dirty Little Suds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed or goes MIA in transit, please contact the carrier directly — they’re the ones holding your soap hostage.

We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t refund or replace items that carriers lose after marking them delivered.
✨ In Short
We’ll get your order out the door fast, but after that it’s postal roulette. If your box takes the scenic route, shows up late, or gets kidnapped by a porch pirate, that’s between you and the carrier. We’re just the soap slingers — not your mailman’s babysitter.
