🧴 DIRECTIONS
Spray 4-8 pumps onto desired area (legs, arms, or shoulders) and gently massage into skin. Use daily or as needed until relief is obtained.
A slight tingling sensation is normal, especially with first use. As your body begins to replenish its' magnesium stores...the tingle will no longer be felt. For sensitive skin, apply to damp skin or rinse after 15-20 minutes (it will be absorbed by that time).
